Carrot and Zucchini Soup

Ingredients


1 large zucchini or 2 small zucchinis


1 medium size carrot


1 clove of garlic


2 tablespoons of oil


1 tablespoon butter


2 tablespoons of flour


1 glass of water Milk


4 cups hot water


1 pinch of dill


Salt


Black pepper


Preparation of:


First of all, chop the zucchini and carrots into small cubes. If you want, you can also do this by grating it.

Heat the oil and butter in the pot. First, sauté the carrots a little. Then add the zucchini and continue roasting. Sprinkle flour on top and fry a little more. Then pour hot water over it and cook until the vegetables soften. When the vegetables are soft, add salt, vegetable seasoning if available and grated garlic. Finally, add a glass of warm milk, finely chopped dill and black pepper, boil for a while, then remove from the stove.
